Firstly, we hope that you are safe and well. Our thoughts go out to all that have been affected by the current situation. We would like to reassure you that we are working as hard as possible with our suppliers to meet continuing demand. We are sure many of you have lots of questions, so we've included some helpful information below: 

 

Delivery Times

  • For US customers: FedEx and UPS has resumed normal shipping times. There may be some delays with initial dispatch (Approximately 2-5 Days) 
  • For UK & European Customers: UPS Standard (free shipping option) with pre-paid taxes has not yet resumed to normal shipping times.* 
  • For UK & European Customers UPS Express and Fedex Priority is operating with minor delays. 

*Update: we are currently experiencing delays with the free shipping option in some areas due to COVID-19's impact on reduced flights + reduced staff on customs clearance. We are currently experiencing a back log also due to the holiday period. See below for alternative options to free shipping. 

FedEx International Priority is offered as an alternative at checkout. 

For UK customers and some EU customers we may be able to offer a complimentary upgrade to faster shipping for a reduced fee (temporary offer) please speak to our friendly staff for details on live chat or [email protected] 

Fabrication Times

Our fabrication times are back to normal with minor delays, please checkout our estimated timelines for more details. 

*Update DS and GYNOID brands are taking a little longer than normal due to a high volume of Christmas sales.

We are currently experiencing a higher than normal demand overall on customer service. There are a lot of folk at home with not a lot to do and it feels like all of them are on our site asking questions, so please be patient. We are a tiny team and we're working very hard to answer all of your questions and enquiries.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are we still open?

Yes we are! We want to reassure you that we are still open here at Silicone Lovers HQ and we’re operating as normal as can be. You can contact us via email or live chat with any questions. We are working from home and keeping safe while we continue to work extended hours to answer all your questions and keep you updated as usual. We are busier than normal so please be patient if it takes more than 24 hrs on occasion to back get back to you. 

Are the workshops still open?

Yes, as some of you know there were enforced closures early in 2019 but this has now resumed as normal. We are confident that our workshops will remain open and all our suppliers are working hard alongside us to carry on production and deliveries safely to you and as fast as we can in the circumstances.

Are there any delays on production?

All brands are now running up-to-speed after initial delays due to a back log of orders. There are minor delays on new release and super popular models (which is normal). Many of the smaller workshops are producing within 5 days. If you would like an estimate, just ask on live chat!

Are there any delays on shipping?

We will update you with any further news on this page. You can also check the UPS and FEDEX links above for service updates.

Will anything change with my delivery?

Your courier will sign for you package and retain a “no contact” delivery. We recommend getting a sack trolley or similar to help you carry your package to avoid damage to both your back and your doll.

Can I catch coronavirus from my new sex doll? 

No, according to a recent preprint published by researchers at the National Institutes of Health, Princeton University of California, Los Angeles. They found that the virus remained virulent on surfaces for a period of 24 hours to a maximum of three days. So... with this information, we can safely say that in the extremely unlikely event that there was even a trace of the virus on the surface of your doll prior to shipment, the virus would be long-gone by the time your doll has been delivered. 

We will continue to follow Government advice as the situation develops and will keep you updated on any changes to our services.
