About Irontech

Irontech is the main brand of a three-brand group which also includes Sigafun and Real Lady. Together they give a good, better, best path: Sigafun at the accessible end concentrating on toys and pleasure, Irontech in the middle with the widest range of TPE and silicone dolls, and Real Lady at the top with their most prestigious and realistic range. This collection covers Irontech only.

We have sold Irontech since 2018. Irontech has previously hosted the Silicone Lovers team at the Shenzhen exhibition and took us on a full tour of their factory. We have met the owner, Leonard, several times. Our most recent factory visit was in September 2025. We have seen the moulds, the silicone pouring, assembly, face makeup, painting, hair implantation and observed their Quality Assurance process. During that visit we also saw a prototype of what became the IronAI Bionic VaginaX, well before it was released.

One thing that stayed with us from talking to Irontech’s CEO is how he describes his role. He told us he understands that a customer who buys a doll is trusting him to bring it into their home, often as a member of their family, so he cares about durability. Skeleton and silicone durability are things he is genuinely focused on, and that is not the kind of thing you typically hear from a CEO.

What Makes Irontech Different?

Irontech is the brand to look at if you want features as well as looks. Four things stand out.

First, range. With more than 550 dolls across TPE and silicone, there are heights, builds and faces for most tastes, and the group's own brands let you move up or down in price without leaving the ecosystem.

Second, Ultra Light Weight (ULW) technology, which makes large silicone dolls noticeably easier to move while keeping them soft.

Understanding the Irontech Series

The model name tells you which series a doll belongs to. The height is always first, and the suffix identifies the series.

Some heights also come in a Plus and Minus version, which is not a series. It is a way to separate two dolls of the same height that use different moulds. For example, the 163cm Minus has smaller breasts and the 163cm Plus has larger ones. The Irontech silicone core range is the best seller by a distance, because the other series are more niche.

Materials & Build Quality

Inside the Irontech brand there is its own good, better, best ladder: TPE is good, silicone is better, and the Oriental series is the best. Each Irontech silicone doll has 19 layers of paint when choosing the S makeup option, and the oriental series builds on this realism by having their own exclusive softness options.

Irontech's TPE line deserves an honest note. It has had less development than its silicone for some time, and WM's TPE is ahead on technology. If TPE is your priority, compare before you decide. How the softness upgrades work

The softness options can confuse people, so here is how they fit together. Standard silicone is the base. You can add gel breasts and a gel butt. If you then add the ultra soft skin upgrade (ultra soft silicone), the gel breasts become softer gel breasts, and the gel butt becomes a softer gel butt. So the path to softer gel breasts is gel breasts plus ultra soft skin.

There are also targeted upgrades for the thighs, belly and vagina. If you choose a removable insert vagina with the soft vagina upgrade, the insert is made softer, just as the fixed version would have been.

A caution: the softer a doll gets, the easier it is to damage. Soft is wonderful, but it is a trade-off with durability, so choose it for the areas where you want it most.

Oriental series only

Three technologies belong to the Oriental series exclusively: CloudTouch silicone (softer, finer silicone), AquaBounce (a more elastic breast and butt filling) and GraceJoint (an advanced finger skeleton). They do not apply to the rest of the range.

Signature Technologies

Ultra Light Weight (ULW)

ULW reduces a doll's weight while keeping its softness. It is not a hollow body or a hard foam fill. Irontech changes the internal structure and the manufacturing process, using slower injection, faster curing and a five-stage variable-speed pour. Irontech reports an average reduction of around 20%, with individual bodies ranging from about 11% to 31%. Its own figures are in the table. We were able to see the moulds and pouring process on our factory visit, although ULW arrived after it.

ROS versus ROS Max: What’s the difference?

ROS gives a doll a built-in jaw and oral structure. ROS Max is an Irontech exclusive technology and is a clear upgrade. Teeth, tongue and tonsils are more lifelike, and the teeth sit naturally against the lips. The eyes keep their shape whether the mouth is open or closed, and can even be adjusted to partially close the eyes to give more expression. The jaw hardware has been moved so that adjusting is easier and the jaw stays where you put it. The head is also about 0.5kg lighter (around 2kg in total) and has a reinforced inner frame. A note: adjust expressions gently with your fingertips and gloves, to avoid damaging silicone or makeup.

EVO skeleton

The EVO skeleton uses stainless steel with double-jointed limbs and shrugging shoulders for natural posing. Irontech has strengthened certain joints and moved to thicker steel tubes after earlier issues, and has upgraded its packaging as well. Real Lady has a further improved version, the EVO Max 2.0, which is covered on its collection page.

Robotic upgrades and IronAI

Irontech's robotic options include a suction vagina, suction mouth, oral heating, auto oral (head/neck bobbing) and moving hips (waist spin sex bot). The newer IronAI Bionic VaginaX senses movement and responds with heating, squeezing, suction and vibration, and learns over time. We cover it in detail in our Bionic VaginaX article.

Three things to know. Robotics add weight, as the table shows. The Bionic Vagina's depth is about 13cm, and the anus cannot be used with it. And the AI voice conversation needs a subscription, while the Bionic Vagina's core functions do not.

Design Style

The questions we hear most are about what the “minus/plus”, “T” or “BA” stand for, and questions about other series such as what “Naturally Optimized” or “Wonder Dolly” mean, how the softness upgrades combine, and what each upgrade adds to the weight. We spend time discussing weight with Irontech buyers we speak to, especially if robotics are involved, because the 15kg from both robotic options changes how a doll is handled and stored.

Our Thoughts

Irontech's strengths are range, features and technology. ULW, ROS Max, the targeted soft upgrades and the robotic and AI options are real differences, and the group structure gives buyers a path at several price points. Irontech also fixes problems quickly, which matters to us.

The limitations are honest ones. Irontech's TPE line is behind WM's TPE on technology, for example, a lack of STPE which is only found in their Sigafun range. Some of the best realism is understandably limited to the Oriental series or to Real Lady price range. Soft upgrades trade off against durability, robotics add weight, and the Bionic Vagina has limits on depth and anal use.

Irontech suits buyers who want features and choice. It is a good fit between entry-level silicone and the luxury tier, making them an excellent first choice if you’re considering a first silicone doll. If you want the finest realism, look at Real Lady or Fanreal. If your priority is a low price, look at Sigafun.

For most buyers, silicone is the better option from Irontech. It is where the brand is strongest, it has the best features, and a typical silicone doll has 19 layers of paint with the S makeup. The TPE range is more affordable, but it has had less development in recent years, and WM's TPE is ahead on technology such as STPE. TPE can still make sense on a tighter budget or if you want a softer feel and like the Irontech suite of upgrades (such as robotics, AI etc). Start with how you want the body to look. The core silicone range has many stylised shapes and is the best seller. Natural Optimized and Wonder Dolly (both with a T after the height) offer more anatomically accurate bodies, and Wonder Dolly has a K-pop-inspired look. Dream Girl Bailey (BA) is a bimbo-style fantasy series. The Oriental series is the best of Irontech, with elegant Asian faces and the exclusive softness technology only it has. Most buyers choose the core silicone range first.
Plus and Minus are not series. They separate two dolls of the same height that use different moulds. The 163cm Minus has smaller breasts and the 163cm Plus has larger ones, and the 164cm and 164cm Plus are basically the same body, apart from the larger breasts on the Plus. So if you like a height but want a different bust size, check both versions. If you are not sure which suits you, send us the model and we will explain the difference.
Irontech says no, and it reports that ULW dolls are softer than regular silicone. The process uses a five-stage variable-speed pour with slower injection and faster curing, which changes the internal structure rather than hollowing the doll. Irontech documents nine tests, including waist twisting, thigh-to-torso folding, knee bending and full split positioning, and records all nine as passed. We have seen the moulds and pouring on our visit. ULW is not available on every body, so confirm it for the doll you want.

Irontech reports an average reduction of around 20%, with individual bodies from about 11% to 31%. In its figures, the 153 drops from 34.6kg to 27kg, the 162P from 55.8kg to 42kg, and the PR190 from 80kg to 55kg. The saving is biggest on large bodies, where 25kg is a huge practical difference. Treat the numbers as approximate, since they vary by body, configuration and batch, and add the head. Ask us for the figure on a specific doll before ordering.
ROS is the standard oral structure with a built-in jaw. ROS Max improves it in five ways: lifelike teeth, tongue and tonsils; eyes that keep their shape when the mouth moves and partially closeable eyelids; a jaw that adjusts more easily and stays in position; a head about 0.5kg lighter at around 2kg total; and more realistic mouth colouring. ROS Max is also more suited to deep kissing. We find it a definite upgrade over ROS. Compatibility depends on the head, so check the head model when you choose.
Think of it in layers. Standard silicone is the base, and gel breasts and a gel butt are upgrades on top. Adding the ultra soft skin upgrade turns gel breasts into softer gel breasts and the gel butt into a softer gel butt. There are separate targeted upgrades for the thighs, belly and vagina. If you choose a removable insert and the soft vagina, the insert is made softer. Remember that the softer the doll, the easier it is to damage, so choose your softest areas deliberately.

Softer silicone is easier to damage, and that is true across the industry. Irontech's softest options feel wonderful, but they need more gentle care when you dress, pose and move the doll. We suggest choosing the soft upgrades for the areas you care about most, rather than every area, and being gentle with fingers, toes and any joints under stress. If you are heavy-handed or plan to pose often, tell us and we will recommend a sensible balance between softness and durability.
Quite a lot. Auto oral adds about 10kg and moving hips about 5kg, so about 15kg if you choose both. Both robotics are available on some dolls only. That extra weight changes how easy a doll is to lift, move and store, so it is worth planning for before you order. Pairing a robotic upgrade with ULW can offset some of it. It senses movement, rhythm, speed and depth, and responds with heating, squeezing, suction and vibration. It also learns your patterns over time. They are not directly comparable, because Zelex has its own good, better, best series. In general we see Irontech as more premium, with more detailed painting, and ROS Max is an improvement over Zelex's ROS. Zelex aims at entry-level buyers just above TPE pricing, while Irontech sits a bit higher. Zelex's top series, Fusion and Inspiration, are comparable to standard Irontech silicone, and we think the Oriental series is a little more realistic than Zelex.
Irontech sits between Zelex and the luxury tier. Real Lady is Irontech's own luxury brand, a bit like a premium division, with the best makeup, more paint layers and bodies scanned from real women. They give a firmer finish, and one customer told us the transition between the soft skin and hard hands with articulated fingers was almost seamless. A customer who chose hard feet advises care: use padded flooring or socks with gel inserts if you stand the doll for more than short periods. Hard hands and feet are available on silicone only. Irontech is always improving their packaging and has some of the safest packaging in the business.
