Bought this torso on a whim always wanted a torso to my collection and boy am I glad I got this one. I got it with head ZXE215_1 as out of all the Zelex heads I really find this one well crafted but either had a no arm option or like mid thigh only legs customer service did make sure the head matched the skin tone of the torso. The skin feels so much better than my STPE doll and the texture of the skin feels quite realistic. The breasts were a big seller on me I wanted something big and fun and wow these don't disappoint in the slightest just fun to touch and play with. The fun holes are nice and tight might have to get creative with positioning depending on which you wanna play with but feel great. Hands and head have excellent movement are articulation and add a great sense of realism wanna make a certain expression you certainly can do it, wanna hold her hands, have her hold something circular or lock fingers she can do it all. Weight is very manageable part of why I wanted a torso. I love my full size dolls but sometimes I want something easily managed weather to play with or snuggle with she can fit that role. Customer service was 10/10 the whole way from prepurchase questions to delivery, fast and quick responses. In stock delivery date was spot on for what they advertise something I was very impressed with. Overall amazing doll, amazing customer service.

Hands down the best customer service experience. This team is always on point and I appreciate that. I bought a Zelex 166cm K and if you are even thinking about it…. just do it.
