Most Ready to Ship dolls are already fully assembled within the warehouse. Zelex SLE works slightly differently. Bodies are generally maintained in stock, while heads are selected separately to give customers greater choice.

Ready-to-Ship models naturally offer fewer configuration options because they have already been manufactured. However, many dolls can still be personalised after delivery with accessories such as wigs, eyes and clothing.

No. Ready-to-Ship dolls are manufactured using the same materials, production methods and quality control standards as their made-to-order equivalents. The only real difference is that the manufacturing has already been completed.

Manufacturers frequently produce their most popular body styles and configurations in larger production runs before distributing them through regional warehouse networks.
