Most Canada SLE orders arrive within approximately 5–10 business days. Canada isn't served by our USA or EU regional warehouses, so SLE stock for Canadian orders ships through Zelex's own international fulfilment rather than a local warehouse, meaning a bit more transit time than a USA or EU order. There's still no production wait, your doll is already made, boxed and ready to ship the moment you order.
SLE is Zelex's ready-to-ship stock line. Despite the name, it's not a TPE-silicone hybrid, it's Zelex's own silicone formulation, tuned for a softer feel. SLE dolls have fuller, more fantasy-leaning proportions than Zelex's made-to-order lines, and several models are also available as torsos. Yes. Every Zelex SLE doll shipped to Canada is a genuine product sourced directly through Zelex's authorised distribution, never a third-party or grey-market copy.
SLE offers less customisation than a made-to-order Zelex Inspiration doll, since it's stock rather than built to order, though you can personalise after delivery with wigs, eyes and clothing. If deep customisation matters most to you, Zelex Inspiration may be the better fit.
No. SLE uses the same manufacturing standards and materials as Zelex's made-to-order lines, it's simply already built and in stock rather than produced after you order.

Yes. Many Canadian customers use Klarna or PayPal Pay in 3 (where available) to secure their SLE doll immediately while spreading the cost. Layaway is also available, useful given SLE stock changes regularly.
