Most warehouse models are delivered within approximately 2–7 business days, depending on your location and the warehouse supplying your order.

The Zelex SLE Series is slightly different, as heads are often selected separately. These orders are typically delivered within 10–15 business days, while still being considerably faster than a traditional factory-built order.
Our European Ready to Ship collection is available throughout most European Union countries, including: Germany, France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Ireland, Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.

We can also deliver to Norway and Switzerland.

For most customers within the European Union, orders shipped through our European warehouse network are delivered without the international import procedures normally associated with overseas shipments.

Customers located outside the European Union, including Norway and Switzerland, should be aware that local import procedures may still apply.

Our goal has always been to provide customers with confidence, transparency and long-term support when purchasing premium dolls.
Not at all. Ready-to-Ship dolls are manufactured using the same factories, materials and production processes as their made-to-order equivalents. The difference is simply that the manufacturing has already been completed.

Think of it like purchasing a new car already sitting in a dealership showroom rather than ordering one to be built from the factory. Both vehicles are genuine factory products built to the same standard. The only real difference is that one is immediately available. The same principle applies to warehouse stock.
In many cases, yes. Manufacturers often produce their most popular configurations in larger production runs before distributing them to regional warehouses throughout Europe. This manufacturing approach is more efficient, allowing many warehouse models to be offered at prices below an equivalent made-to-order configuration.

The exact saving varies between manufacturers and individual models, but customers often enjoy both a lower purchase price and dramatically faster delivery.
Ready-to-Ship dolls offer fewer configuration options than a factory-built order because the doll has already been manufactured. However, many models still offer selectable head options, while accessories such as wigs, clothing, eyes and other compatible items can be added after delivery to personalise your doll. Individual product pages clearly list the included configuration so you know exactly what you're purchasing.

If complete customisation is your priority, a made-to-order doll may be the better option.
Warehouse inventory changes almost every day. Manufacturers continuously replenish stock while popular models sell out. Unlike made-to-order dolls, every warehouse listing represents a genuine physical product that already exists.

Once a particular configuration has been sold, it may not become available again—or it may return months later with a completely different body, head or configuration. If you discover a model you genuinely love, we usually recommend securing it while it's available.
If you need a few extra days before delivery, please contact us before placing your order. Depending on the warehouse and manufacturer, we can often arrange a short holding period while final delivery details are confirmed.

If you're planning to use Layaway, Buy Now Pay Later or another payment method, we'll happily discuss the available options before you purchase. Our goal is always to find the solution that best suits your circumstances.
Yes. Many customers choose services such as Klarna or PayPal Pay in 3 (where available) to secure their Ready-to-Ship doll immediately while spreading the cost over time. Because these payment providers pay us in full at the time of purchase, your order can usually be dispatched straight away.

Layaway is also available on selected products, particularly the Zelex SLE Series, which is continually replenished throughout the year. If your preferred warehouse model sells before your Layaway is completed, we'll work with you to identify the closest available alternative.
