Most orders are delivered within approximately 3–5 business days throughout the contiguous United States. In general, the closer you are to California the faster the delivery time.
Unlike made-to-order dolls, every ready-to-ship model is part of a live warehouse inventory. Once a particular doll sells, it may not become available again, and if it does, it may not be for a while and it may not be available in the same configuration. If you find a doll you love, we generally recommend securing it while it's available rather than waiting, as stock changes frequently and popular models can sell quickly.

Need a few extra days before taking delivery? If you've found the perfect doll but need us to hold shipment briefly, simply leave a note at checkout or contact our team after placing your order. In many cases we're happy to arrange a short hold of up to one or two weeks for fully paid orders.
At present, our USA warehouse collection is available for customers located within the lower 48 states only. Customers from Alaska and Hawaii are able to purchase one of our made to order products.
No. Our USA stock collection is intended specifically for domestic USA delivery. Canadian customers should browse our dedicated Canadian Ready to Ship collection, or they can place an order for a custom made doll. Customers from Mexico can browse our custom made dolls.

Often, yes. Because manufacturers produce popular configurations in advance and distribute them through regional warehouses, ready-to-ship models are frequently available at lower prices than equivalent made-to-order dolls.
No. They are produced by the same manufacturers using the same materials and production processes. It's a bit like buying a new car that is already on the lot, rather than waiting for a specific colour to be shipped from the factory. They're both of equal quality and workmanship, but there are no customization options available as the item has already been built and shipped. You can check the included options under the expandable "configuration" menu item.
Ready-to-ship dolls offer less customisation than factory orders, but many models include selectable options such as different head choices, and can be further personalised with wigs and eyes which can be added and shipped separately. In most cases dolls are pre-made with the fixed vagina option.
If your doll arrives with shipping damage or a manufacturing issue, our support team will guide you through our damage reporting process and work with you to reach an appropriate resolution. We offer high quality and attentive after-sales support to all customers.
