The Sway-Pivot Adaptor. This is an upgrade from the Push-Fit Adaptor. The Sway-Pivot Adaptor features a push-fit connection so you can connect the head with the body of your doll effortlessly, but it also enables the head to pivot and rotate like a real human neck.
Previously, only the neck itself could pivot and rotate, but with the Sway-Pivot Adaptor, you can pivot and rotate the doll's head at the neck/body joint for ultimate realistic positions.

"Shame they don't provide these type of screws with the dolls. It makes applying the head so much easier and prevents the damage to the top of the neck of constantly screwing the heads on and off. Plus the head has a more natural movement."
