In September 2025, the Silicone Lovers team were lucky enough to spend a week in China touring sex doll exhibitions and factories in Shenzen and Zhongshan. The bulk of our time was spent with the generous Irontech team, which has become a well-oiled machine for quality, innovation, marketing, and customer service. One such innovation is their new AI / Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning unit, which by bringing their existing robotics together under the control of the AI is truly the first of its kind for the market.
In case you don't know much about Irontech, let's do a deeper dive!
Irontech, since first launching their silicone products, have transformed themselves from a TPE brand, into a multi-brand powerhouse that is now on the forefront of leading innovation in the sex doll space. Currently under their belt they have three distinct brand offerings for the market:
Sigafun - A brand that is purely focused on sexual fun. Think 'tantaly' type offerings of torsos and butts, hips, feet, masturbators and all the things for quick dirty fun, but with the occasional full size doll too. These are mostly aimed at sexual relief rather than companion/love dolls - but they do have some silicone torsos and STPE full dolls.
Irontech - This is of course their main brand with the most dolls and options. This brand includes their original mainstay of TPE dolls, along with their premium line-up of silicone dolls and torsos. They have a doll for every budget across the range and focus on high quality and realistic dolls that can be either used for fun or companionship. As they have TPE dolls they cater from the more budget conscious buyers dipping their toes into the doll world, right up to the buyers who have a slightly higher budget and are looking for a high quality, highly realistic and durable doll. These products have a whole host of exclusive upgrades that we don't see in other doll brands, for example their ROS MAX upgrade, cloud touch silicone, aqua bounce gel, suction mouth with pressure relief channel, the list goes on.
Real Lady - This is a collection of their most luxurious and premium dolls - the cream of the crop - Real Lady is the Lexus to Irontech's Toyota. These are the most exceptional and refined dolls that the factory currently produce. These have their highest detail skin texture and their highest quality makeup work - you can really see the difference in the Real Lady images and in real life it is even more stunning.
As you can see, Irontech has made some intelligent distinctions between the doll & toy buyers and focused their brands around these three market segments to better serve their customers. It allows customers to really focus into one brand depending on their needs and budget, but receive the same high quality dolls and after sales service that you would expect from the Irontech brand.

Realism - well we've already seen it! But let's explore a few of the others!
Vision: after spending some time with the boss of Irontech, Leonard, it is easy to get a sense of the kind of man he is. He is an intelligent. thoughtful, approachable, and quietly confident person. He is always ready to listen and weigh up advice. Where CEOs on TV typically talk big about money and bottom-lines and returns on investment, Leonard talks about dolls in terms of family. He knows that these are items brought into people's homes and treated like family members. Durability and quality is therefore seen through the lens of heartache for customers when things go wrong. Realism in terms of something he wants to bring to customers so that they can have more meaningful and fulfilling experiences. Irontech has a steady pair of hands that works on incremental progress towards the goal of better experience, rather than rushing things to market un-tested and unfinished.
Innovation: An important thing for Irontech is that they innovate with compatibility and testing. For example, where some brands cannot combine their electronic products in the one doll, so you end up having to choose between heating or robotics, Irontech often can have everything in the one doll. Two robotic features such as the Auto BJ and Electric Hip can be combined in the one doll, along with heating, suction mouth, mouth heating, and suction vagina. Other brands simply cannot do this. Each doll gets tested for each new upgrade with an eye for backwards compatibility with the existing products.

Softness & Durability: One thing I know as a doll salesman is that if customers are asking about a particular product it's a good product, but if other brands are asking about a particular brand, it's a great brand. If other brands are focusing on what you are doing, then you are a market leader. Irontech silicone keeps hitting it out of the park in terms of softness and the other brands have been watching. Irontech's new Cloud Touch silicone (as of writing just available in the Oriental series), is probably the most impressive silicone to hit the market so far. I have some older TPE and Silicone samples from Irontech, and you can absolutely tell the difference between the softness and stretch of TPE and silicone. Cloud Touch completely blurs the lines - it is everything that is good about silicone, with a softness that is approaching TPE.

To add to the point about their durability, Irontech has just released a reinforced version of their skeleton. The good thing with Irontech is that they make their skeleton in-house, rather than outsourcing the skeleton and ordering them as a ready made part (this is actually something that separates more premium factories). They have a second factory just next door to their doll factory which is busy producing hundreds of skeletons, fabricating, welding and assembling them to their own strict standards.
This has allowed them to take note of what was problematic in the available skeletons on the market, and design improvements for them. One such fix was recognizing that the thickness of the inner tubes of the skeleton were too thin for the weight and pressure, which would allow the tubes to bend and then break. They increased the steel thickness by 50%. Another was the welds, by training staff and improving the welding, they were able to improve the structural integrity of the skeleton to the point they show videos of staff bending it in half and jumping on it, without any issue!

So I hope this gives you a bit of background and context for the Irontech brand, and that you can appreciate that they are really working hard to take care of customers and push the market forwards. I always have big respect for doll makers that are bringing the rest of the market forward, and their new AI upgrade could be one of those that really blow things up!
The new AI feature from Irontech
First we have to discuss what is currently on the market. There is already Vinetalk and Metabox which are used by WM Doll, Funwest, SE Doll etc. These units allow you to have conversations with your doll and they are basically an conversation box either implanted or worn as a necklace on your doll.

This vinetalk device has multiple personality types you can select, as well as different languages for your doll, and allows you to converse back and forth with her. Where it is not a homerun product in my opinion is the ongoing fees. There is no free tier on this unit, there is an ongoing subscription and the basic package starts at $59USD per month. The top tier is $99, so it does get quite pricy. I think that eventually these prices will come down to meet the market, once there is enough of the units out there and not many paying subscription fees, but for the moment it is quite a hole in the monthly budget.
The other thing with this unit is that beyond back and forth conversation, it doesn't really do anything else. There is no further functionality than what is coming out of the box.
Now, back to the unit that Irontech is working on.
At the Shenzen exhibition, the Silicone Lovers staff were invited back behind a secret curtain into a room with one of the new Irontech units. We spoke to it and it spoke back - it was, it seemed, much like the Vinetalk albeit with a more natural, native English speaking voice. Then Irontech invited us to visit their factory and witness it being used. Now that was an experience!

We witnessed it in action. An Irontech staff member used a peeled lubricated radish to slowly start penetrating the doll. The doll reacted - she knew exactly what was happening due to sensors she had in her vagina. "Ah!" I thought, "this is an upgrade from the necklace type AI's! She knows what is going on!"
She cut short her previous conversation and started a small moan and told us she liked what was happening, she told us to keep going. She engaged her suction vagina automatically. Then she began to get desperate, she began to beg, she could detect the movement increasing, she knew what was happening.
As Irontech explained to us, she could learn! The more you used her, the more she understood your movements. She would remember how your speed and depth of penetration would change when you became close to climax. She would beg more wildly as you approached orgasm, her suction vagina would increase intensity, she would ask you to cum inside her, beg you to cum at the same time as her! The suction vagina went full speed right at the end - she came right there on that table with a radish inside her. We were speechless. It was like witnessing the future - it was like seeing exactly where everything is going.
Irontech explained that her suction vagina will also shake and vibrate as she orgasms so that you have that physical feedback as well from her - it is SO interactive, and SO impressive. You can see it coming together with their other robotics that they've already released. All of the dots were there, it just needed this AI to link everything together and start the connections.
And of course, when we caught our breath, I asked them the question. Will it be $59 a month? The answer was no, it will likely be sold as a data pack, so you could buy (for example) 10GB of data to the server, and when you've used your pack, you simply buy another. This is absolutely fantastic news for people that dont want to pay by month and may not get to use their dolls as often as they'd like.
Another neat part is the voice - as mentioned it is very natural. I have seen other ones on the market which do not sound quite right, which breaks the immersion. This one from Irontech is super realistic. The voice is realistic, natural, and convincing, it is instantly immersive, and that is MASSIVE to the experience. In conjunction with her detecting what you are doing and actively reacting to your touch - wow - quite honestly it is a game changer.
Previously we have had items on the market such as moaning units which are fine, but they come with Chinese accents which don't always suit the face of your doll. This one is advanced enough that you can give her different accents and set her to different languages. This is of course just the prototype, so it will only get better!
We cannot wait to see them launch and we cannot wait to see them improve. It is very exciting stuff!
This unit is expected to launch in Sigafun first, and as it improves, it will be rolled out into the flagship brands Irontech and Real Lady.
