⚠️ Important
This is considered a constantly stocked, ready to ship product, meaning it is pre-manufactured, pre-boxed, and ready to ship from one of our network of warehouses. We prioritise dispatch from local stock to meet advertised delivery times, but fulfilment may occasionally occur from overseas or factory stock based on availability and speed.
Orders may be briefly delayed if local stock is due to arrive soon, or fulfilled from another location if that’s faster. Delays to our advertised timelines are typically under 10 business days; we’ll notify you if a delay longer than this is expected.
Please note: heads sometimes ship separately from bodies to allow more customisation options and may dispatch from different warehouses. You will sometimes receive two tracking numbers.
If you need to confirm stock availability or estimated shipping times, please feel free to contact us via chat or email.
